The Lost Vape Paranormal DNA250C is an advanced high end box mod with a high quality finish. It is made of die-cast steel and zinc. The grip is a beautiful leather or carbon fiber, and offers side panels in different materials such as wood or carbon.

Micro USB

The USB port that allows charging as well as exchanging data with a computer is solid.  Unlike some other similar ports, on other models of various brands, which tend to swing before breaking and make the box unusable.

Solid with No Rattles

The 4 front buttons have no play or “rattling” to the manipulation. The box emitted no sound, either, when it is agitated. The battery door is located below the box. It has a solid and durable airtight shaft, which is much better than the one found on some lesser quality vape mods.

Paranormal Power Play

The Lost Vape Paranormal DNA250C accommodates 2 18650 batteries that can deliver power up to 200W. Its measurements are of the order of 91.5 X 27.5 X 55 MM.

Another detail, perhaps for some, the box can also serve as power bank thanks to the adapter cable provided in the package.

Lost Vape Chipset Customization

Just download the Escribe program from evolvapor.com. The installation is intuitive, and above all, free.

Once the box connected and recognized by your computer, it runs on Windows or OSX, you can customize the display box. Whether with themes with multiple colors, or by arranging where you want, icons, information and menus.

Different themes are available on the net and easily accessible from the “theme designer” control panel. Just click on “share themes”, and the Evolve DNA web page opens…

Escribe Enhancements

Let’s go back in time, and remember for a moment, the use and navigation proposed by the DNA 166 chipset, the first version of the Lost Vape Paranormal box mod. The use of Escribe was complete and offered a multitude of settings, but unfortunately, once disconnected, it was only possible to increase the power, and choose the different profiles that had been uploaded. Here, it is possible to modify the various settings directly by navigating on the box. Once the right parameters have been found, they can be sent to Escribe, in order to save them.

Feature Functionality

We adjust the desired power, we adjust, and once the sweet spot found, the puff is all “ideal”, we activate the mode.

The chipset of the box will then reproduce identically the parameters of the last puff inhaled; power, voltage, resistance, and intensity. However, the duration of the puff will not be recorded.

We know that on our ecigs, apart from the power that is requested, there may be slight variations in the other 3 parameters and elements that govern Ohm’s law. The replay freezes the saved values.

The recorded puff will be played back indefinitely, until the mode is turned off.

Paranormal Functional Modes

This mode works as well in “Watt” as in “temperature control”. The quick reference guide provided in the package is an imprecise digest.

The replay mode works in 2 possible ways in temperature control:  On the one hand, using non-resistant wire Ni200, SS, Ti and NiFe.  On the other hand using a combination of non-resistive wires SS + Ni200, SS + Ti, SS + NiFe.

Replay mode also works in power mode (Watt) when using a coil mount hybrid son KA1 + Ni200, Ni80 + SS, KA1 + Ti … and, whatever the option used, the Replay mode protects dry hits.

Single Coil Clapton Hybrid KA1 24G + Ni200 28G 5 turns on axis of 3mm, spaced turns for a value of 0.25 Ohm.

After 7-8 inhalations chained to the point of turning my head, the taste fades cotton that does not start fast enough but NO Dry Hit! It’s just amazing!

Replay Mode

The DNA Chipset 250 C equally has the “Replay” function which allows the vaper to register the setting for it to reproduce continuously. You will find your last Puff full of flavor? You register the output power/ohm and the Lost Vape Paranormal DNA250C will reproduce continuously. A clever way to preserve your sweet spot indefinitely. The Replay also has Temperature Control which is highly developed. It allows the TC with resistant wire assemblies (for example (Ti + SS) equally combinations with resistant and non-resistant wires (for example Kanthal + Ti)! It is therefore very useful for the Temperature Control with complex builds.

Temperature Control

It is the same in temperature control.

But here, logic, the “exclusive” temperature control function is precisely designed to modulate the sent heat of heating and prevent dry hits.

It is important to note that with this mode, we do not have the inconvenience that can be encountered on other types of box; you remember? An impression that the box stops, it does not send anything by displaying on the screen: “Temp protect”. Frustrating, no? Here, it is not so. Once the maximum heating temperature is reached, the power transmission modulation is imperceptible. A vape straight, uniform without ever faltering.

A solid Design with A solid DNA chipset

The Lost Vape Paranormal DNA250C Chipset has numerous functions. Via the logical (free) Escribe by Evolv, it allows a customization of the interface color, and access of all the latest data of the mod. It equally allows you to set entirely the Temperature Control with numerous resistive wires. However, the DNA250C also includes the “Boost” which accelerates the heating of the rebellious coils with 12 possible settings. It is also a “USB On-The-Go” which allows you to use the Paranormal DNA250 like a USB Charger for your Electronic Apparatus.
