The Pilot Vape M57 Mechanical Mod

The Pilot Vape M57 Mechanical Mod is a brand new mechanical mod from Pilot Vape. The M57 is a mech mod dripper and a first of its kind release from Pilot Vape.

The M57 is constructed out of a wholly composite 3d printed polymer. Though light for its size when held without batteries, checking in at five ounces, the M57 is built with out of extremely high quality ABS plastic. Its low weight yet top-notch build quality makes the M57 a dynamic mechanical mod. The battery case cover is magnetic, with eight magnets, including six directly on the batteries themselves. This is another example of lightweight but durable construction the M57 favors. The M57 is larger than average at 9.5cm x 8cm x 3cm in size.

Unique design goes beyond the 3D printed construction and ABS plastic. The M57 models itself after a Claymore Clacker, the handheld remote aspect of the M57 claymore mine. At the base of the M57 is a steel pin which operates as a ‘firing pin’ — push it in and down and you can fire the mod, but if it is up the pin blocks the trigger from firing the mod. Besides the mine references, the M57 has a number of references to the Player Unknown Battlegrounds game, including an inscribed, “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner” engraved on the bottom. The package comes with five complementary battery wraps with the Player Unknown Battleground logo on them.

The M57 is a simple and durable mech mod. The M57 is semi-regulated with a wire running from the battery housing area up to the 510 pin. The batteries discharge through silver connection. The elevated pin is 510 with a gold spring-plated connection. The 510 looks best with a 24mm atomizer but can work with anything which is 510 compatible. The M57 utilizes two 18650 batteries but is operable with a single battery.

It comes in three colors, black, green and red.
