Featuring two new chapters in the DRAG line of popular vape mods, Voopoo is jumping into the pod mod series once again. The VooPoo DRAG S is a pod-style AIO that uses its PnP coils from the Vinci line.  This pod system is the direct successor to the Vinci X that has done very well.

The VOOPOO DRAG S Kit is a highly adaptable vaping system that can be used with nicotine salts or standard e-Juice. It is equipped with the sophisticated Gene. TT Chipset, a 2500mAh built-in battery, and airflow options to use in MTL or DTL mode. The Voopoo DRAG S Pod Mod, which uses the latest generation of the Gene.TT Chips. The vape pod can reach wattages of between 5-60W and comes with several safeguards and safety features to offer a delightful and safe smoking experience. The brilliance of the DRAG S Pod System, however, resides in the adaptability of the DRAG S Pod Kit, rather than the aesthetically appealing zinc-alloy frame and beautiful leather or carbon fiber panels. The DRAG S can adjust the airflow by turning the pod 180 degrees and reinstalling it with the robust magnetic connection, which supports DTL and MTL vaping. The DRAG S Pod Kit may also be equipped with a variety of coils from the Voopoo PnP Coil line, with the sophisticated Gene TT Chipset that autodetects to change the wattage accordingly to avoid burnt coils.

Design

Up top, there’s smooth ventilation, and at the bottom, there’s a Type-C USB connector for charging, which is considerably faster than the standard Micro USB connector and has a lot sturdier charging interface. Three metal buttons are strewn throughout the surface, the bigger of which is carved with a little thumb groove for comfort.

The DRAG S has a whopping 2600mAh battery but bear in mind that a vape of this size, seldom has a battery capacity greater than 1000mAh. The DRAG S offers a wattage range of 5 to 60W and outperforms industry favorites in terms of raw power and optimization.  Thanks to the 2600mAh built-in internal battery, you can easily get a full day’s worth of vaping, if not way more.

Display

The DRAG S has a 0.96″ TFT display panel that shows full-color overviews of your power capacity and output levels, as well as easy-to-use buttons for function switching and puff count.

Drag S Coils

The coils themselves are meticulously designed with mesh inside to reduce the chances of dry hits and burnouts and are available in resistances ranging from 0.15 to 1ohm. For those who enjoy coil-building, there is an RDA attachment with an extra power function built exclusively for the DIY gurus out there. In the near future, Voopoo plans to offer a 510-thread adaptor, allowing you to connect any number of tanks to the DRAG S’s large, compact battery. Voopoo has definitely constructed a machine that is future-proof, with an in-built power setting for RDA coils and the scheduled release of the 510 tank adaptor.
